We’re committed to providing high-quality, handmade products and ensuring that each order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds or Returns for Change of Mind

At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase. Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s). Once we have assessed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Bespoke or Handmade Items

Please note that many of our products are handmade and naturally unique, which means minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of their charm and not considered faults.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items are exempt from cancellation rights, unless faulty.

Delivery Charges

If your item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage costs and refund the original delivery charge. For non-faulty items, as returns are not accepted, no delivery costs will be refunded.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

If a refund is approved due to a fault, it will be processed via your original payment method within 14 calendar days of:

Receiving the returned item, or

Receiving proof of return postage, or

Confirming you are not required to return the item

whichever is earliest.
